Additionally included in this latest document disclosure seems to be a site plan for the Great St James island, located in the US Virgin Islands.
Epstein purchased a more modest island - the Little St James - originally in 1998, but later purchased the bigger Great St James in the year 2016 for a sum of $22.5 million.
These photos suggest he had drawn up development schemes to transform the sprawling island by erecting residences, an open-air theater, an office beneath the waves and a pool.
Visible on the blueprint is Pillsbury Sound, a marine passage in the region, indicated on the bottom right.
The site plan is annotated in red pen markings and includes a notes section detailing various sections of the land.
In addition to this are what seem to be nine other property layouts and engineering blueprints, such as designs for dock shelters.
